Elephant Festival
In this work, Quim Hereu pours his imagination into the Taj Mahal, turning it into the perfect stage for an eccentric theatrical play: the monument’s columns and dome morph into euphoric elephants, brimming with childlike joy. Why? Because a little girl—the painter’s youngest daughter—has brought them peanuts for breakfast.
